This lady Doctor has helped both my husband and myself, of late my husband has been diagnosed with heart failure and she has explained all of this to us in great detail and given us printouts of information for us to digest and understand this has been so helpful.At no time have we ever felt that we were wasting her time or that we were nuisances her care for us has been extensive and we feel that this will continue until such time as my husband has an outcome as to his future care needs. The encouragement from this doctor for my husband to reduce his intake of different medications has greatly improved his state of mind and his well being as he had been exhausted for most of each day and he now has some energy we thank her for her concerns and would recommend Dr Picthall to everyone we know in the practice.

Dr.Picthall is always very attentive. She never rushes you and takes the time to listen to your problems. She is very empathic and makes you feel special. I have been very ill last year and she made sure that I was seen in the hospital very quickly. The follow up care I received from her was excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would never Dr Picthall again! I am A patient at her practice and think so highly of all the staff there apart from her. After a hospital visit to a&e, X-Ray's, specialist referrals and physio visits I saw her about the pain I was still having, she said I should not be in this much pain and refused to believe me, she also said I should not be on the medication I was taking for the pain (prescribed by my regular GP at the surgery as well as hospital staff), I left my appointment that day with different medication that did not work and having to make another appointment to ensure I was given the CORRECT medication. Dr Picthall does not listen to patients and does not check medical history correctly, I would never see her again as a patient and would certainly not recommend her to anybody else.

I have been a patient of Dr Picthall for about 2 to 3 years (maybe more) you know how time fly’s when you are getting older. Dr Picthall has taken care of me in that time. I would not go to another Doctor, if I had my way, she is great at picking up on things that are wrong with me, that other people don’t seem to notice or can’t be bothered with. She follows the sickness to the end. (She is 5 Stars plus 5 more..) I have a lot wrong with me. I won’t go into it all just now just to say Started with Triple Heart -Buy Pass and all that goes with that H/Blood pressure. Apart from the Great People at Blackpool Training Hospital. Dr Pithall and Anna are the best two ladies that have happened to me, they keep me up when I am down and will have time for me when I need it. I know if I am sick they will do all they can to get me right. I can’t say in these words how I am indebted to them and I would be a lot worse off if they were not hear. I May not be here if it was not for them. The N.H.S. is great... Please don’t ruin it just because you can.... Dr Picthall 100% Great, 10 stars and more. Karl Munchheimer
